Design At Work developed a multi-channel drip campaign for On-Demand Leadership, a small but mighty team of organizational development consultants. The series launched with a 3D direct mail marketing piece, delivering a rubber chicken to rapidly growing companies in the Houston area. The eye-catching gift — sent in a clear tube, to boot — reflected the company’s signature personality, blending playfulness with serious business.
